Transhipment

The implications customs as well as authorization to transport is often underestimated. The issuance of an incorrect or incomplete CMR can create problems that may come to the confiscation of the goods and the administrative detention of the vehicle.
Particularly in cases where we speak of shipment ex factory / ex-work, where the responsibility documentary (emission CMR) is not very clear, do not enter the correct departure, destination, special instructions, or milestones, may fall to the chain in the case, with serious consequences logic.
Cabotage, customs Intra-Extra Comunitarie, ECMT, TIR Carnet (voluminous goods or not) are issues that need to be thorough, otherwise face major problems superficially or not to provide solutions.

The superficial treatment of the issue of customs, without serious consequences as described above, delays and adds to the already chronic problem of customs in every part of the world. On the same issue as our colleagues in Istanbul (www.ggf.com.tr) indicates to us the situation in the different customs:
1 - TR => Gürcistan / Georgia: The border is SARP, permits are very expensive to the government of this country has introduced new rules for obtaining a permit is needed about 3-8 days.

5 - In TR the streets, if the load exceeds 60 tonnes require further technical analysis, static for bridges as well as on highways.
6 - TR => Greece: The border is IPSALA, no particular problems.
7 - TR => Bulgaria: The border is KAPIKULE, here the issue of weather is very important in summer for tourism, in winter for the condition of roads. The laws for transport are many severe, no problem with permissions.
